Rest and recovery are such a huge part of training and being an athlete. It isn’t as flashy as long runs or Pelofondos. I think that as athletes we don’t like to think about it as much.

How do you recover? I love to do stretching and yoga. Recently I had a chance to try Now Sports Effer-Hydrate recovery. I was really excited for this because I am TERRIBLE at drinking water. Add some flavor and I am on board.

The flavor of these were lighter than most thing, which I love. Plus it is fun to watch them dissolve because I am a kid. The electrolytes were great after a long workout. I don’t know about everyone else but I sweat SO MUCH on my peloton.
